Do I need to meet anyone to pick up?
No. After you book, you get access on your phone. Unlock the item at the location and go — pickup and return are self-service.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. You can reschedule or cancel from your account. Changes are free up to 24 hours before pickup.
What happens if something is wrong?
Report it in chat or from your booking. Wear and tear is on us. Accidental damage is covered if you added a waiver.
How does self-service pickup work?
After you book we send pickup instructions to your phone. At the Layton lot you can unlock the item with your phone — no counter visit. Take the requested before-and-after photos to complete the return.
What towing equipment do I need?
Towing requirements vary by product. Check the product page for specifics (for example some trailers require a 2‑5/16" ball or a 7‑pin connector) and make sure your vehicle meets that requirement before pickup.

What if I return the rental late?
